A maintenance check reduces the chances of lost data, virus attacks, and hardware issues. --> For small businesses with one or two PCs not networked, we recommend a COMPLETE PC CHECK every 6 months and a PREFERRED PC CHECK every 3 months. --> For small businesses with two or more PCs operating on a network, we recommend a COMPLETE PC CHECK every 6 months, a PREFERRED PC CHECK every 3 months and a BASIC PC CHECK every month or two. *Discounts are available for multiple PCs. Network Management We will evaluate your current network configuration, document network settings and services, create a safe working IT environment by ensuring systems are automated patched, anti-virus scanners are up-to-date, and through routine operational and security scanning and evaluation of the network. Risk Management and IT Audit Do you know how well your data is protected? Do you know who has access to your data and where you have risks on your network? I can evaluate your network and IT assets to help you identify your risks and recommend what you can do to reduce them. I will evaluate your business to determine how your are protecting your hardware, software, and data assets, maintaining data integrity, and operating to meet your goals. I am a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and will use industry standards and best practices to custom build an IT audit plan to identify your organization's IT risks. We can then work together to find ways to mitigate or reduce those risks to provide you and your customers assurance that their information is being protected to the best of your ability. We will help you prepare for possible disasters. You need to have a plan ready in case you have to deal with computer casualties, extended power outages, and natural or manmade disasters. We can help you create those plans and test them. Part of that will include details on how to properly back-up your data on a regular basis. Evaluate and Improve Your Organization's ProcessesWe will work with your organization's goals and issues to find ways to improve your office procedures. It may be a new IT tool or clear documentation that will improve your systems. This can resulting in either reducing a direct cost or time allowing your employees to work on more important tasks.
